Registration

Registration is now open. All participants are required to register and pay the registration fee through Conference Maker.

Important Dates

• Registration opens: September 22, 2026

• Early-bird registration deadline: October 15, 2026

• Registration deadline for presenters: October 31, 2026

• Registration deadline for general participants: December 1, 2026

Presenters of accepted papers must complete their registration by October 31, 2026 to be included in the conference program.

Registration Fees

• The early-bird rate applies to registrations and payments completed before October 15, 2026. The regular rate applies from October 16, 2026 onward.

• The student registration fee remains the same throughout the registration period. Participants registering at the student rate will be required to provide proof of current student status.

Refund Policy

• Refund requests submitted on or before October 31, 2026 will be accepted, subject to a USD 50 refund processing fee. No refunds will be offered after October 31, 2026.

• To request a refund, please email apioc2026@xmu.edu.cn with the subject line “Refund Request for APIOC 2026.”

Campus Entry and Visa Information  Important

All participants who are not affiliated with Xiamen University are required to complete the following questionnaire for campus entry registration and, where applicable, the issuance of invitation letters for visa applications: https://v.wjx.cn/vm/PJW9nYG.aspx#

• The information collected through this form will be used solely for campus access and visa-related purposes.

Accommodation

Hotel accommodation must be booked separately and is not included in the registration fee. Please see [APIOC 2026-Logistics-Hotel Information] for recommended hotels, conference rates, and reservation information.
