We have secured group rates for conference accommodation during December 10-14, 2026 at the following hotels. Please note that there is a limited number of rooms available at the group rates and bookings will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. You are expected to book any of the following hotels by the deadline indicated below.

1. CONRAD XIAMEN

Feature: A branded 5-star hotel facing the Gulangyu Islet and enjoying a prime city location on Xiamen Island, about 15 minutes’ drive to XMU Siming Campus. Free shuttles will be arranged between the hotel and the conference venue during the conference.

Feature: A 3-star standard hotel on campus, about 5 minutes’ walk to the conference venue. The housekeeping service is not very comprehensive.
Breakfast 07:15-09:15; lunch 11:00-13:30; dinner 17:00-20:00.
This hotel is NOT recommended to participants who do not speak fluent Chinese.
