The conference charges no registration fee. Participants will be responsible for their own transportation and accommodation costs. Working meals will be provided during the conference.

All attendees, presenters or not, are required to complete the conference registration.

We have made reservations of king rooms for our conference participants at Hotel Lim, a campus hotel, charging CNY 500 yuan per night. Please indicate your planned check-in and check-out dates in the registration questionnaire. We would be grateful if you could let us know if there is any change later on to avoid any loss.
