Accommodation


We have secured group rates for conference accommodation during June 6-9, 2024 at the following hotels. Please note that there is a limited number of rooms available at the group rates and bookings will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. You are expected to book any of the following hotels by May 6, 2024, EST and indicate your attendance to the IAAE 2024 Annual Conference to receive the group rates if you make reservations by email.

For presenters from institutions outside the Chinese mainland, a housing subsidy of up to 700 RMB (or the actual price if lower than 700 RMB) per night per person is available for up to 4 nights at any of the designated conference hotels during June 6-9, 2024. The subsidy will be deducted directly from the hotel bill when you check out. Please note that only reservations made through the provided group rate links or emails by May 6, 2024, EST, will be eligible for the subsidy.

2. JOYZE HOTEL XIAMEN, CURIO COLLECTION BY HILTON [Fully Booked]

Group rates (including taxes):

  • Deluxe Room: CNY 700/night (1 Breakfast)

  • Deluxe Mountain View Room: CNY 800/night (1 Breakfast)

  • King Grand Sea View Deluxe Room: CNY 900/night (1 Breakfast)

Please note that the price needs to be increased by CNY 200/night during June 7-9, 2024. Additional breakfast will cost CNY 100 per serving.

Feature: An international 5-star hotel in Xiamen Zengcuoan, 10 to 30 minutes from the city's major transportation hubs, within walking distance of the surrounding attractions and 5 minutes' drive from Xiamen University.

Feature: A 3-star standard hotel on campus, about 5 minutes’ walk to the conference venue. The housekeeping service is not very comprehensive.

Breakfast 07:15-09:15; lunch 11:00-13:30; dinner 17:00-20:00.

This hotel is not recommended to participants who do not speak fluent Chinese.
