Group rates have been secured for 12-16 November 2026 at the Swiss Grand Xiamen. The number of rooms at the group rate is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please book by 31 October 2026 and state that you are attending 2026 EPE when you reserve — otherwise the group rate cannot be applied.

Put “2026 EPE” in the subject line and specify a smoking or non-smoking room. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please follow up with hcx.soe@xmu.edu.cn.
